Hi, Im Paul Harris-the founder of Eat Yourself Healthy. For most of my life, I was overweight, exhausted, and trapped in a cycle of failed diets.

After losing my wife to cancer, I made a decision to reclaim my health for the sake of my four kids and myself. Through low-carb living and mindset work, I dropped over 30kg, reversed chronic health issues, and found real energy and strength.

Now, I help others do the same. No calorie-counting. No starvation. Just food, mindset, movement, and support.
